In this series, we’ve been interviewing some of our favorite fashion bloggers around the world, today our featured blogger is Claudia of Miss Marbles.
Tell us a little bit about yourself (who you are/what you do/where you’re from, etc.).
My name is Claudia and I’m 21. I was born in Mallorca, a beautiful island of the Mediterranean but when I was 19 I moved to Barcelona to study Journalism. Now I’m finishing my studies and I’m working as a freelance journalist and a photography model. I love fashion and everything that has to do with art and creativity, so I would love to direct my life towards it.
How would you define your style?
I like to mix different styles. Sometimes I dress more like a babydoll and other days I feel more like wearing dark and sexy clothes. I love clothes that make you feel and look like a WOMAN.
What was the best comment you ever received from a reader?
I got a lot of nice followers that always have something beautiful to say to me. But I appreciate it when someone can see beyond my image and my photos. I love to read nice comments about the way that I express myself through writing and my point of view of all the things that happened to me. I’m not a stupid girl that only cares about the clothes and that’s what I’m trying to express to my readers.
Who/what inspires you?
I love watching music videos and movies. Travelling and discovering new places is something that really inspires me also.
What are your favourite pieces in your wardrobe?
I love my collection of bags. I got a lot of them because I love bags beyond any other complement. I also got a pair of black booties of Topshop that I wear a lot both in winter and summer and a huge mountain of bodys inside my wardrobe. I love bodys, they are sexy and super comfortable. Oh, and a black jumper of BCBG Max Azria that I bought in Paris… My favorite!
What is your top fashion tip?
Do not overload your outfit. EVER.
Your first thought in the morning?
Hopefully life will suprise me today!
What is your favourite thing to do when not blogging?
I love reading, listening to muic, singing, going to a nice restaurant with my boyfriend, taking care of my pets and laying on the beach.
For you, what is the world’s most fashionable city?
That’s a difficult question… actually I wouldn’t know what to say. I think that Paris is very fashionable but also New York, Ibiza and Barcelona.
How would you describe fashion in the city where you live?
Here in Barcelona there’s a LOT of people that cares about fashion and you always see nice-dressed people on the street. We also got the 080 Barcelona Fashion which is our Fashion Week which is amazing, you can see a lot of great designers showing their new proposals which are lovely. Also in summer we got a lot of music fetivals and trade shows so you can always get inspired by the ambience.
