In this series, we’ve been interviewing some of our favorite fashion bloggers around the world, today our featured blogger is Sofia of Zsofia’s Expressions from Greece.
Sofia, tell us a little bit about yourself (who you are/what you do/where you’re from, etc.).
I’m from Greece and I live in heart of Athens! (Also, I’m 26 years old)
From my school years I always had a special style to my outfits and i wanted something more than usual.
I was reading my mom’s fashion magazines!
With my best friends always talking about fashion and we were running to the shops for shopping with passion! I realized that i love fashion!
Now i have my own blog “zsofia’s expressions” and I’m working in public relations for a company in Athens.
What inspired you to start a style blog? What motivates you to keep blogging?
I wanted to have my own space expression.
The messages of people around the world!
Especially those who I don’t know and I have never met.
It’s really nice when people from other countries that you don’t know express their fashion opinions to you.
How did you choose the name of your blog?
One night, a very good friend of mine gave me the name “ZSOFIA”.. (my real name is Sofia/ Sophy) and with my need for expression became the name for my blog “zsofias expressions”.
Who/what inspires you?
My feelings, depending on how i feel.. i choose what to wear.
Also, my friends inspire me because most of them work in the world of fashion.
What are your favourite pieces in your wardrobe?
An old beige knitted sweater (I found it forgotten in the closet of my mom),
a pair of high heeled black leather boots, dress short and baggy, a black blazer jacket and a big city leader bag.
What is your top fashion tip?
The high-heeled shoes (always give a different sensation) and the inner beauty of each person. What we feel is what we choose to show.
What advice do you have for new bloggers or people considering starting a blog?
To keep their own character and style!
What is your favourite thing to do when not blogging?
Travelling around the world along with my beloved friends or my boyfriend.
For you, what is the world’s most fashionable city?
Paris.
What message do you hope to send to your readers?
To view trends in fashion and be able to create their own style, without necessarily spending a lot of money.
