Giorgio, tell us a little bit about yourself (who you are/what you do/where you’re from, etc.).
Hi everybody , I’m Giorgio Ciccone , I’m 21 and i’m an italian blogger.
How would you define your style?
It’s always really difficult to find a word to defin my style , it’s a mixture between Bohem , Bon Ton and Rock elements.
How did you find your sense of style?
INNATE. It’s really simple to me to understand what I need and what I love .
What inspired you to start a style blog? What motivates you to keep blogging?
I took my inspiration from other fashion blogger , I found the best way to express myself through the blog and show who I am .
How did you choose the name of your blog?
I’ve a big passion for films in english , so Groundbreaking comes from “The devil wears Prada” where Miranda uses this word in my favourite part of the movie.
What was the best comment you ever received from a reader?
I recived it 3 days ago from a guy that told me : ” Oh no , YOU are so great! it’s really good to find a real good fashion blog for men =)) You rock dude.”
Who/what inspires you?
I’m inspired by everything that’s around me … from the runway to the magazine , from the people on the street to my friends closets…
What are your favourite pieces in your wardrobe?
I’ve two favourite pieces : My Hermès Bag and my Missoni orange scarf.
What is your top fashion tip?
I really love to wear skinny jeans with large tee, jeans jacket , converse and so many accessories
What advice do you have for new bloggers or people considering starting a blog?
Always belive in what you do and express yourself.
What importance do social networks have for you?
The are really important for the blog and to keep in touch with people from all parts of the world .
Your first thought in the morning?
A big big big cup of strong coffee and News.
For you, what is the world’s most fashionable city?
I really love Milan … it’s rich of ideas and beautiful shops
What message do you hope to send to your readers?
I hope to convey to them my passion for fashion , my sense of style ,without ever renounce to be themselves and to give great importance first of all to the important values of life.
