In this series, we’ve been interviewing some of our favorite fashion bloggers around the world, today our featured blogger is Valentina of The Chic Attitude.
Tell us a little bit about yourself (who you are/what you do/where you’re from, etc.).
My name is Valentina, i’m 21 and i live in Rome. I’m studying fashion and costumes at Sapienza and Im working on weekends at Hollister&co. I love photography ,travelling and dancing. My blog is “The Chic Attitude”, its was born about 1 and more year ago, and i think i can not live without it!
How would you define your style?
My style is casual-chìc, sophisticated, never common, ever careful to details .
How did you find your sense of style?
My blog was born like an hobby, a desire to comunicate my strong passion for fashion with everyone that loves it like me.
How did you choose the name of your blog?
The Chic Attitude name was born because I think that to be chic it’s an attitude, a way to be as well as a way to wear.
What inspired you to start a style blog? What motivates you to keep blogging?
Inspirations come from everywhere and everyone, from a painture to street style, a fashion pic.Photos are the most influent source of inspiration, everyday I save a lot of them and after I revise in many ways.
What are your favourite pieces in your wardrobe?
My favourite pieces in my wardrobe are surely basic tshirts, jeggings and hot blazer.
What is your top fashion tip?
My fashion advice is buying something that reflect your style sure. Don’t buy anything only for the actual fashion from the last moment. However mix different style and also different pieces, for example vintage, luxury and vintage, as to make original creations.
What importance do social networks have for you?
Social networks has an important role for me: Fb and Twt are the most important sites to share, with which I can comunicate and show my blog, across them I get an important big part of visualization.
What is your favourite thing to do when not blogging?
When I don’t publish on my blog, the things that I love so much are: making pictures, travelling, dancing, going to the cinema with my friends and making jewelry.
How would you describe fashion in the city where you live?
Unfortunately Rome is not the top for fashion, It is not value as it should be. I hope to move soon in Milan, or London, Paris, New York maybe…
