Nancy, tell us a little bit about yourself (who you are/what you do/where you’re from, etc.).
My name is Nancy, I am a fashion blogger, illustrator,a column author for fashion magazine who is living in berlin currently.
How would you define your style?
Chic, classic, dramatic, idyllic.
How did you find your sense of style?
To be honest I am still exploring something possibility of my style. There is many stories behind a style normally, I would like to play different type of role in my life.
What inspired you to start a style blog? What motivates you to keep blogging?
From beginning, I started this blog for posting my illustrations progress. I hope the blog could make me keep drawing hard.
But once I thought why don’t I combine my look and drawing together, Actually I didn’t expect it will be so popular like this. And then it turn to a fashion illustration art life blog 
How did you choose the name of your blog?
The name was inspired by a japanese author Yukio Mishima’s short novel collection” The sea of fertility”
What was the best comment you ever received from a reader?
All the positive comments are the best, I really appreciate people love my works. My reader encouraged me a lot.
Who/what inspires you?
Actually, every details of our life could inspire me a lot, drawings, movies, flowers, or just a cup of tea, if we pay attention on our surrounding, we will find many beautiful things.
What are your favourite pieces in your wardrobe?
Ivory silk maxi skirt from Rag&Bone, The Oil painting skirt from D&G, The print blazer from Yohji Yamamoto.
What is your top fashion tip?
Be creative, also be classic.
What advice do you have for new bloggers or people considering starting a blog?
Insist on updating, keep writing your idea and inspirations is as important as posting pictures.
What importance do social networks have for you?
Social networks are the greatest platform to show your idea and works to other people, networks made this world smaller and smaller. Especially people could get information from facebook, twitter, youtube,blog these type new media very quickly.
For me social networks changed the way of my life.

What is your favourite thing to do when not blogging?
Reading, drawing and traveling!
For you, what is the world’s most fashionable city?
London, Paris and Milan. They are the most fashionable cities in the world. London style is creative, Paris style is elegant, Milan style is attractive.
How would you describe fashion in the city where you live?
Berlin is a new and youthful fashion center in Europe. Berliner’s fashion is really casual Chic, women love Oversized outfit a lot, more and more young fashion designer start their career in Berlin.
What message do you hope to send to your readers?
I want to show my readers a kind of positive message, an artistic life.
