What to wear for a holiday in Paris?

1. Breakfast at the Café de Flore
The famous Parisian café is known for being frequented by many intellectuals of the past as Jean-Paul Sartre, and a reference at Saint-Germain-des-Prés together with "Les Deux Magots".
Go to a fleuriste to get a bunch of roses or peonies, take a good book (that you should buy at the characteristic bouquinistes on the streets - or better the quais - along the Seine), and taste the typical French breakfast: brioche, croissant or other viennoiseries, baguette with butter or jam, orange juice and a hot drink to calmly drink. French people, during their free time, devote so much time to the petit déjeuner - namely breakfast - in small round tray tables on the streets.
A Parisian outfit for the fall or for the spring? Low heel cuissardes in suede - the winter and mid-seasons must-have shoes - or brogues with Parisian socks.
On the head a beret or a cloche, and a cloak as a coat - among the 2017 Fall/Winter trends - from which show off a bon ton mini dress or a romantic blouse with a high-waisted fold skirt.
2. Shopping
Paris, home of the Haute Couture, is the destination par excellence for those who want to go shopping.
When it's cold, inside the malls the temperature is higher, so it is important to dress in layers. Wear a top or a georgette shirt under the sweater and bring with you a comfortable and ample maxi bag - take a look at the trendy bags of this season - to put what you don't need at the moment.
On fashion streets, on the Rive Droit, from rue de Rivoli to rue Saint-Honoré at the Palais Royal, from Boulevard Haussman to the famous "golden triangle" where the Champs-Élysées meet with Avenue Montaigne and George V, the perfect outfit in Paris should be strategical to move confidently around the shops without suffering from cold during your walks.

An elegant midi multi pocket quilted jacket - better with a hood - and a maxi satchel will be perfect to walk around the city. Actually, Paris is a city to be discovered walking barefoot - you need to pack comfortable shoes, like the essential couture sneakers - and you don't have to miss Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower and the Arc the Triomphe for example, and much more.
3. A trip on the Bateaux Mouches - Paris by night
You may take the tour also by day, but during the night it has a particular appeal.
Under the thousand lights of the Ville Lumière, you will go through the Seine right under the most famous bridges of Paris, such as the Pont Alexandre III (that offer a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower), the Pont Neuf or the Pont Royal, moving around the "Île de la Cité", looking at some of the main monuments such as: the Museo D'Orsay, the Palais Bourbon, the Hôtel National des Invalides, the Place de la Concorde (where during the Christmas period there is a big wheel from which you can see all of Paris), the Louvre Museum and the Hôtel de Ville.
During the night, along the Seine, the temperature range is higher and on board it is very cold.

4. See (at least) a show in the city
