Antonio Triolo was born in Palermo on November 27th, 1978. He graduated in Economics and commerce from the University of Palermo in 2004. He has been a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2008. Since 2010 he has practiced as a Chartered Accountant and Auditor in Palermo.
Stefano Frattini
Standing Auditor
Stefano Frattini was born in Ravenna on November 5th, 1969 and graduated in Economics and social disciplines from Bocconi University in 1993. He is a Chartered Accountant and passed the statutory auditor exam in 2021. From 1996 to 2001, he was senior financial analyst at Intermonte SGR. From 2001 to 2004, he was Vice President, Equity Capital Market, in Societè Generale (London-Paris) and then fund manager at Finlombarda Gestioni SGR from 2008 to 2012. He has been a Chartered Accountant in Milan and Messina since 2012.
Giovanni Perino

Giovanni Perino was born in Palermo on March 14th, 1965. He graduated in Political Science, with a political and economic orientation, at the University of Palermo. He is a Chartered Accountant, Auditor and Executive Officer at the Regional Infrastructure and Mobility Department.
Adele Vermiglio
Alternate Auditor
Adele Vermiglio was born in Messina on June 24th, 1971 and received a degree in Economics and commerce from the University of Messina in 1995 as well as an advanced certificate in Corporate Finance from LUISS, University of Rome. From 1997 to 2000 she was an Account Manager at The Bank of New York, Brussels. Later, she was Project Manager in BNP Paribas (Milan, Paris) from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005 she was Systems Specialist at The Bank of New York, London, and from 2005 to 2007 she was Sales and Relationship Manager at JP Morgan Chase, London. Since 2008, she has been a Chartered Accountant at the Vermiglio firm, in Messina.
Matteo Palazzolo

Matteo Palazzolo was born in Palermo on July 22nd, 1973. He graduated in Economics from the Univeristy of Palermo in 2000. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 2004 and later became an Auditor in 2006. From 2000 to 2002, he worked as a Clerk in SDA Soluzioni d'Azienda s.n.c and from 2000 to 2003 he was an Accountant and Auditor Trainee at a firm in Alcamo. He has been working as a teacher since 2002.
