Francesco Tombolini

Francesco Tombolini was born in Loreto on October 14th, 1963 and graduated in business administration at Bocconi University in 1987. From 1986 to 1994 he was the APAC sales manager for Genny - Byblod S.p.A. of Ancona. In 1994 he joined Giorgio Armani S.p.A. where he was commercial director of Emporio Armani until 1998. From 1998-1999 he was General Manager at Emanuel Ungaro S.A. in Paris. From 1999 to 2003 he was WW Wholesale and Digital Director at Guccio Gucci S.p.A. in Florence. In 2004 he returned to Giorgio Armani S.p.A. as EVP Emporio Armani Division until 2007. In 2008 he joined Villebrequin S.pA. as CEO, leaving his position in 2012, when he became interim CEO of Jeckerson S.p.A. in Bologna in the context of a reorganization of the company, until 2013. Between 2014 and 2016 he was the In Season Managing Director of Yoox S.p.A. in Milan and from 2016 to 2018 he was Vice Chief Operating Officer of YNAP London. From 2018 to 2020 he was an independent senior advisor for companies operating in the private equity sector. Since 2020, he has been Business Director at Staff International.
